Water sprite

Totally random doodle. I should be writing an essay. I should be studying for exams. I should be doing SOMETHING.

Sorry it's so messy. 

The background is just a random brush effect, lol. Don't think I magically learned how to make textures nicely.

The things on her arms were supposed to be some silk shawl. Yep.
And her dress is literally made of water.

This may have also looked good without the black lines. I'll probably make another one without the line art and see.
